By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. A project agreement confirmed in writing controls over anything general stated here.
What we offer
Adult Website Design builds media kit websites for adult content creators. Current options are a single page media kit at a flat rate of $1,000 and a four page media kit starting at $3,000. Both include a mini brand suite with color palette, fonts, and icons, plus bonus legal pages and search engine optimization as described on the homepage.
Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting the contact form does not book a project or lock in pricing. After you submit, we review your info, reply within two business days, and set up a phone chat. Work begins only after we both confirm the scope and payment terms in writing.
Your content and your rights
- You confirm that photos, logos, text, and branding you supply are yours to use or that you have permission to use them.
- You confirm that all people shown in content you supply are consenting adults and that the content is lawful where you operate.
- You are responsible for keeping backup copies of anything you send us.
Payments
Payment amounts, timing, and methods are confirmed in writing before work begins. Final files and launch steps are delivered once the agreed payments are complete.
No promises about results
Every site includes search engine optimization, but we do not promise specific rankings, traffic levels, income, or brand deals. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your marketing and how platforms treat your content.
Acceptable use of this site
- Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful material through the form.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or access areas that are not public.
- Do not copy site text or design for reuse without written permission.
Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Adult Website Design is not liable for indirect losses connected with using this site. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law protects.
